We have been receiving water deliveries in our NJ homes since 1987. We couldn't live without our Poland Spring/Ready Refresh Spring Water deliveries. We recently bought a place in Myrtle Beach, SC where Poland Spring water is not sold in any stores or have delivery service in the area. We order extra bottles in Nj & bring them with us there. Can we do something about that?

the last order that was delivered to the shop, was left on the doorstep when I was closed. I had driven 40 minutes to await the order, during the time slot they instructed they would be there. I waited an extra 1/2 hour for them to deliver. the water sat on the door step for three days. shocked it wasnt stolen/ or froze rethinking my account.

On delivery they just drop off the water don't ring the bell my mother have so many empty the pandemic is over that was the policy that they was doing around the pandemic going to cancel them again due to the driver not fully doing his job by informing the customer that he’s there making a delivery and picking up

Our water was delivered to the wrong area on campus. The other department did bring the water bottles over when we realized the mistake. Also since we did not get the delivery, our empty bottles were not picked up. Because we were out of space, we gave them to the other department to turn in when their actual delivery of water arrived.

Product is always great, but empty bottle pick up has never been correct. I live in an apartment complex with 2 buildings, and someone in the other building uses this service as well, and one if not both of us inevitably doesn't get their bottles taken. I even brought the bottles over to the other building, thinking they would take them all, and they counted out how many to take from my neighbor, and left my empties in the hallway.

By having a water cooler, I do not have to buy plastic water bottles that wind up in landfill. Everyone in family has their own water bottle, and just refills it during the day. Makes me feel good. I cringe when I see people buying cases and cases of water in plastic bottle.

I order 4 bottles 3 weeks ago and I've been waiting for them to deliver it... They never did & This service is a biat and switch.. The driver never calls to be let in as per the instruction. .I have to carry the bottles 4 stories. When I signed up the AGREEMENT was to deliver to my... .over the years READY REFRESH just became lazier and laziier. DO better. Deliver my Bottles correcly

We’ve had a water cooler for a couple years but have been picking up 5 gallon bottles at the grocery store. Then I saw Ready Refrssh in our neighborhood and I signed up for monthly delivery. Why did I not do this before?! They deliver to my office but I didn’t realize they also did residential deliveries. We are so happy, and Poland Spring tastes much better than the water we were getting at the store. Great product, great service and communication - highly recommend!

why are the bottles are very dirty outside, dusty, muddy? Can they be kept in a better condition? I have to clean every one of them before I changed the water bottles. The prices are going up, up & away. I don't recall that the bottles condition were that bad prior to pandemic. What is happening?
