I know it sounds strange to say it’s the best tasting water that I’ve ever had, Poland is the only one that I enjoy drinking. I’ve tried other waters and they feel heavy and thick for some reason to me. Poland Spring always very refreshing.

The water is fine this is the worst company I have ever worked with. Should have had 3 deliveries for my new business. Only had one delivery but have been gaslit and lied to saying they have made the other two deliveries only to be told “sorry our mistake we will come in 5 days” and then never come. Will never work with them again.

Well I was using the water by gallon and now I’m most comfortable because ReadyRefresh delivery my water and it is nice and fresh good Costomer service and I don’t have to go to the super market anymore and at the same time I saved money thank you ReadyRefresh for give me such good service

Poland Spring water is a superior brand of water. The taste never changes, other brands taste like pennies one time and rocks another. Poland spring is always refreshing and never has a weird taste, I always know what to expect when I buy Poland Spring.

This water delivery company is a dream. I don’t know how I’ve gone this long without them. I am plagued with medial issues and often dread needing to get water from the supermarket. I came upon a delivery guy and soon thereafter, on the desired date, the water was delivered to my door. My one regret was that I forgot to mention the gentleman of a delivery guy with my first order so that he could get the recognition he so justly deserves!

So far they have been amazing service and the water taste so fresh. Love the service and the taste. The delivery has been on time even when I forget to keep the bottles outside. Thank you for your help you provide to make our life little bit easier every day.

I have emailed multiple times with my complaint and nobody responded. You showed up a day early with no notice. Never rang a bell or gave me a chance to give you my empties. I now have 11 bottle in my tiny house. Really inconsiderate to ignore everything and not even let me know you were here

Getting ready refresh to deliver water to me was such an easy process. Wish I had done it sooner! Delivery drivers are always nice and make sure I'm satisfied with everything on my delivery day. The delivery charge is negligible when I consider how much of a hassle it was going to the store to get my own water. Thank you, ready refresh!

Very unhappy with the service. User interface very not user friendly. Now after the merger its even worse. There was no way to pause my deliveries for the summer when we go away on vacation and I needed to call in and wait on hold for almost half an hour.
