Great service always places bottles at garage door if door open places bottles inside Know when they are delivering day ahead of time so I can leave out empty bottled

The overall experience is good, but the scheduled delivery could be better. We had a few occasions that the scheduled deliveries got pushed back for days or even weeks behind.

The water itself is great. The constant increases in price from this company however are not. It’s actually getting as bad the cable company with the price increases.

The billing system is really behind the times. As well as before charging. And trying to get a real person on the phone is absolutely terrible. Over 74 mins on hold. But I am still a customer.

Always look forward to the delivery of my water. I stopped hauling water from the supermarket a long time ago. Having the water delivered and knowing what I’m getting is such a blessing.

We enjoy getting these big jugs. It helps with not wasting water and we don’t use a million plastic bottles. We all have refillable bottles or cups. Great for big families

The water itself is fantastic, WHEN it’s delivered. Subscribe if you want but don’t expect them to be regularly delivered. Constant delays without much (if any) notice.
