Ordering and updating is super easy -app is easy to use. I live on the second floor and I’m so grateful not to be lugging cases of water upstairs anymore ! Great product and service at a fair price !

Overpriced - not dependable. Ready Refresh deliveries have not been reliable. Price increases have occurred on a regular basis - fees for delivery, smaller bottles, surcharges. It’s gotten out of hand!.

Love the convenience and knowing the time the product will be delivered. We are drinking lots more water in the this house because its so easy to access.

Awesome service. I used yo drive out to get and it was always a painful ordeal. ReadyRefresh makes it so easy. I leave my empty 5 gallon bottles on my deck and pick up the filled bottles tight from my front door

You changed my deliver date, then I rescheduled it, you changed it back to the dates I rescheduled it from, then you changed it a third time to. Later date.

the containers are becoming more flimsy, the handle came off and bottle spilled all over. The only improvement I see in this company is the price iof each bottle is being increased every 2-3 months.

When is my next scheduled delivery? I love your products but I have too many bottles of water in my hall right now. So let me know when my next delivery will occur and I’ll let you know whether to cancel the delivery.

After signing up for this seevjce..my household will not drink anything other than Poland Spring water. We enjoy the convenience of water delivered to our home.

We enjoy poland spring water. Our water from the tap has a horrible smell. Having water in a cold dispenser is great. It is affordable and tastes fresh.

You sneak in deliveries without pre-notification. I skipped my next delivery, but then you inserted a new delivery that was to occur prior to the one I had skipped without my knowledge.
