I feel healthier already. I love the spring water in every temperature. I also feel like I’m doing’s my part to reduce my carbon footprint. I’m pleased with my decision.

The new bottles you have do not fit the water dispenser properly. The lip is a different size and the device can't create suction to fill the reservoir in the dispenser. all 5 of the Bottles on the last delivery are not usable due to this defect.

Our town has very hard water, you can see sediment floating in it. Additionally, the water is distasteful. On the other hand, Poland Springs water is crisp and refreshing. It’s the only water my family will drink.

Water is fine, the “no spill” top is a good idea. The dispenser your renting me is the problem, the water sits on top and splashes water everywhere every time we change the bottle

The Poland spring bottles were fine as we've been awaiting glass bottles for moths now without water again for over a week. We get messages that water is coming but we never see it. I can't give reviews when the communication is so bad

I’m really happy with this service of water, is always on time and I feel the good service it’s something that make me recomendable to all that one who like to drink good water

I am saddened that the price of delivery and that of 5 gal bottles has risen exponentially in the past year. I will be canceling all future deliveries. I do love the water though, that is the only reason I rated a 2!

The bottles were the old ones with the handle that is not comfortable to hold but worse than that was the condition of the bottles. They looked ancient and had scraps, scratches and score marks all over them

I do enjoy Poland Spring water and the service, I wish that the option of Deer Park were an option also. I wish they would offer some offers on other waters to maybe try out other brands.
