Water had a weird taste abs smell. Waiting for the next delivery to see if it happens again before discontinuing delivery. First time this happened.

Exactly what you’d expect. I’ve now ordered several times, and the Poland spring water takes just like I imagined it would. Think about Poland spring in a water bottle. This is the same thing but it’s in a 5 gallon bottle

Ready Refresh needs to get there delivery schedule in check. Rescheduling 5 times is absolutely absurd!!!! I pay you on time, so my delivery should be delivered on time.

The No Spill Bottle is great! However, my last delivery was not! All my deliveries should be delivered to my side door, not front steps. Because of that, the driver did not take my empty bottles.

Prompt delivery! I just wish they could slap a label on them because they are dropped off at my place of work where anyone can grab them if I’m not there. Ready Fresh- is this a thing that can happen?

We used to buy multiple packs of water each month but this cuts down on the hassle of shopping, looking for sales, carrying those heavy cases back home and recycling all those bottles afterwards. Great buy.

The price for water and delivery has increased three times through Covid. Also for some reason the correct number of bottles was not left here during my last delivery.
