Refreshing water right there when you need it! Delivered on the day promised and monthly thereafter. Perfect! No more carrying them from the shopping center.

The service is okay; however, my rate is three stars. The driver doesn’t take all the empty bottles, and my patio is full of empties. I complained about it, and if this is not solved, I will be canceling the service!

Prices too high for water. Monthly rental cost for water cooler unfairly continues even after paid monthly costs far exceeds original cost of water cooler.

you keep changing dates and you dont show,plus i am in memebership you said i would get samples havent seen it yet , i have to put bottles outside then put it back then put another day when you say you coming then take back

I really enjoy my Ready Fresh water which I use for my coffee and cooking. The water is always delivered as requested and on time. The drivers are always very helpful and pleasant..

The issue is never with the product, the issue is with the delivery. It is never on time. Last month I waited two weeks after my delivery date for product.

Love my water and the hot and cold machine is great it’s very convenient for me due to my disability I don’t have to wait for someone to bring water ,ready refresh deliveries makes my life easier.

I love the cool fresh taste. I use the water for cooking, drinking (including for my cats).And I the convenience of home delivery. I’m a senior citizen. so this is very easy for me to have water available with out gong to the store.

It’s anyone’s guess whether delivery will happen on the day. It is scheduled. 50% of the time it does not. And there’s a long wait. Almost not worth it.

Despite changing my delivery schedule, I received a delivery while traveling. This is not the first time that my schedule was ignored, therefore I have a huge accumulation of empty bottles and more water than I need.
