I already asked to cancel my account. The fees went up and they charges are ridiculous. I sent an email to let me know when my empties can be picked up and refunded to my balance. At that point, I will pay the remaining balance on my account

You’re totally screwing those who rent water coolers by continually jacking the monthly rental price on 10, 20 year old equipment and never responding to requests for an explanation

The service was great in the beginning but has gone down hill. They come when they want and without warning so I am stuck with 10 empty bottles for a month. They dont go by the schedule on the app.

Delivery is terrible and for years they have never followed instructions. They don't announce their coming and never at least ring the bell and for that i have many water bottles. Terrible service and no efford has benn made to improve.

your billing system is awful. every few months you disrupt my auto pay service because your system defaults back to my old cc# You should sample your customer's experience on your website and on the phone. It stinks

I believe I had a trainee today, unless they are riding with 2 guys now! But needless to say my guy was AMAZING! He was patient, he was accommodating, but most of all he had such a great personality!! He was SO kind!! Thank you!!

I’m very happy with Poland Spring service, the water is delicious and after tasting this great water I’ll never drink another water again. The service is great. I give them a 10 rating.

It seems I get an email every few months about price increases. I am currently looking into other water suppliers. Not really satisfied with constant increases.

I was used to buying 24pk of water then heard about this service and figured I would try it out and it has been a great decision can't see myself going back

After the issues of me setting up an account got out of the way, the shipment was delivered on time. The delivery person was pleasant. We use the water so much that I would've ordered more, but my budget won't allow that.
