This is a great product. It costs less per month than the cumulative cost of what you buy in the store and you don’t have to worry about lugging the water home and disposing of the containers

The product is great but the delivery service sucks. They rescheduled my delivery back to back and cancelled it . And to make matters worse , I was billed for it. The company is not reliable

Great tasting water, but getting too expensive. The prices were raised and the delivery fee is too costly. In addition, they keep changing the date for delivery multiple times in a month.

Excellent drivers very friendly and courteous water always clean and on time deliveries and issues are always resolved by customer service very quickly which in 6 years there was only one one

Delivery person, David, was so nice, friendly and helpful. The machine we ordered was easy to get working. The water is so easy to load. Terrific purchase all around!

I've been using Poland Spring water for over a decade now. I find their product great and convenient. I can't imagine using a different distributor (and I've looked). I've always been very happy with their service.

Ready Fresh is great no more going to the store wasting time purchasing water , loading it into the car unloading to bring in the house , water is now delivered right to my front door.

While we experience a high inflation, Poland Spring doubled if not tripled the price of their water. On top of that they refused to return the bottles deposit.

Driver stated we were closed, but we have him on video and he never got out of his truck- had to wait another week for water. We may send our business to another company
