I knew that it was different in taste. I also didn't know that it was not poland water. You need to let everyone know that its not the same water as before.

My only complaint is the changing of the delivery date which forced me to leave the empties in the hallway. I also didn't see a credit for the empties on my invoice.

It would be great if the bottles could be brought into the kitchen, instead of just at the back door. They're much to heave for me to move by myself, alas.

Poland Springs Water is my go-to water...I started using your bottled water In Haverhill, MA in the late 60's because the tap water was so contaminated...we had to check every day to see if we needed to boil the water that day...

The service was great. They delivered the gallons of Poland spring water right in front of my door. I just wish there is a number for costumers to call should in case they have a question or a concern.

Your delivery men aren't taking our empty water and they are not coming upstairs to bring the water. In this office we are all women except for the attorney

My daughter and I love the quality of the Poland spring water. The service and delivery is great very professional. Price could be less when trying to manage a tight budget.

My schedule was changed, and the waters were left on my porch and one of the bottle tops blow off because of the weather. I would like that bottle replaced. It's still on my porch.

Love this service! We love having steaming hot water instantly or nice cold refreshing water to fill our water bottles. My entire family has stopped drinking soda.
