So easy and convenient just what a need in my life not having to drive all over pick up water, the convenience and cost effective to have it delivered is wonderful.

Poland Spring or Ready Refresh supplies excellent hydration for my thirst. Without Poland Spring or Ready Refresh I would probably be extremely dehydrated or simply just pass out. Thanks Poland Spring for everything......................... : )

Stop delivering water to my house!!! How many times, how many ways… do I have to ask/ request this?? You used to be good … then you started nickel and dining your customers. Now you suck.

Always refreshing, clear. The Delivery's are spot on ,this company follows directions for drop off points. Definitely have & will recommend to others.

We love Poland Spring water, nothing tastes better! Our only concern, the price continues to keep rising and soon we are going to have to find another water source.

Delivery are made before the office opens and so empty bottles are never picked up. We are unable to leave bottle overnight at the door because we are inside a building with small kids around

Ready Refresh website wouldn't go to cart checkout. I finally got it to work but very frustrating. your driver didn't follow instruction and left the delivery in front of th garage doors and he didn't pick up the empties on my breezeway.

The product is good The schedule on line is not. My bottles are out when they day they are coming and then they either come earlier in the week or later

I am a bit disappointed in the raise of the cost of water delivery. I have only been getting water delivered since May 2023 and now it has gone up $13.00 a month from what I started at. It is only water, why the need to raise it so much?

Awful customer service. Cant get anyone on the phone, never show up with the water when scheduled. If they dont show up....which is often you still charge me glfor it
