Fine TV

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We've had this TV for almost 2 years now, and has great picture and sound. However, it sporadically won't work for no reason, and many of the apps aren't maintained well by the external developers. For example, Paramount TV+ doesn't work properly at all, so we also had to get a Roku for those instances. I also love the Watch Free+ they provide, but again, they have issues like incorrect schedules on the guide or repeating commercials back-to-back sometimes up to 5 times in a row. Overall, I do love the TV.

Can't download additional apps

Not happy at all with this purchase. You are unable to install any additional apps to it. So whatever comes on the tv, that is what you're stuck with. We have Spectrum tv and this tv doesn't have an option to download this app for us to watch it. The tv is going back. Picture and sound is good but not being able to download apps killed it for us.

Vizio Free plus TV is more than I expected.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Tv is in a spare room where I do not need cable. Free plus TV has a ton of exceptional channels. Purchased the Vizio because of low price and got the unexpected bonus of Free TV. A nice surprise.

Seamless

I've downloaded multiple apps on my Tc, like Prime, Paramount, Disney, Netflix, YouTube and Tubi. Access them all quickly from my phone.

It wasn't the quality I expected.

They've got my money now. Need to be replaced. Manufacture date also showed 2 years old and sold as brand new. They should replace for me.

Love Samsung!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have always loved Samsung TV's since the first Samsung flat screen I've owned years and years ago! They didn't have SmartCast back then & have advanced quite a bit! I absolutely recommend a Samsung TV no matter which model!

Great picture terrible speakers

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Maybe it's just my tv or maybe this is a common thing but the picture is great but the speakers sound pretty bad. No matter the amount adjusting I do to the audio the speakers vibrate and sound bad.

Customer service

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Only had tv 3 - 4 months. Got stuck in trying to load Smartcast saying unavailable. At same time remote major buttons go out. Customer service was great and was very patient instructing on how to reset tv (menu button wasn't working). Vizio sending another remote right away. Great thing to fix on a call on phone without having to have a repair man or ship somewhere.

Great Quality Sound and Video

The sound a d video quality rival that of other big name brands, but the integrated smart cast and native apps are much more user friendly than the big name brands. Looking forward to the next movie night!

Just what I needed!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am a 68-year-old woman that needed a new T.V. I'm not all that tech savvy and was worried that I would need to program, set up wires, and push multiple buttons on the remote to get to a station or "input" device. Well, let me tell you. Easy Peasy! One input for my cable plugged into the electrical outlet, set up the internet (for streaming) then watched my shows. I was even able to connect to my wireless speaker which was a godsend as my hearing is waning. So now instead of turning the volume way up I just have my wireless speaker next to me! Genius!
