New Vizio v series tv. Awful hard to work it. Ret

Bought 3 days ago. Can't go to local channels with out switching input settings. NO numbers on small remote. Weird. Never had a TV remote with no #s on it. Very hard to work. Has no rewind, fast forward on remote. Etc. Who knows maybe they missed boxing another remote with it. But didn't say so in user manual. Do not like it at all. Good luck.

If you use over the air antenna, you can press the OK key in the center of your remote to bring up an on-screen keyboard containing the numbers to be typed in for specific channels. While the VIZIO remote does not have a dedicated pause button, most of the app developers have designed their apps to be able to pause, fast forward, and rewind content by pressing the OK button in the center of the VIZIO remote. The VIZIO TV does not have a built in DVR, so using those controls when watching channels through an antenna will not be possible. Great Features, Phenomenal for Cable Cutting!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought a Vizio Smart TV several months ago, and loved it so much, we bought another one just over a month ago. There are so many apps on this thing AND Free TV for some live shows included - cannot tell you how much we love these TVs! Some apps are subscription, of course, like Netflix, HBO Max, etc., but others are completely free to use. There's an app for connecting via USB, too! It's like they thought of everything. We use it in our Google Home App, also - so everything is connected in one place. The speakers have auto mode so if the (now outdated 10+ year old) sound bar is off or muted, them the TV speakers automatically come on, Sleep timer, great picture quality, and so much more we have yet to explore! Love love love!

Great product

Visio

This has been a good tv, good picture, installed a sound bar and it has been good, until about the 15 month time frame. At this time it started having problems connecting to my internet, but once I cycled power to the tv reconnects. This isn't a big deal, but inconvenient.

Great features nice price

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The vizio tv is very nice and easy to use. I love all the apps on here. There is always a but I wish you had a way to delete alot of them. Plus we stream Spectrum but they dont have the app. So we have mirror our shows that we watch on Spectrum.

Magnificent value

We hadn't bought a TV since 2014, so this upgrade has been immense for us. We love the apps, the picture is great, we do not need to use a sound bar or anything like that. For such a large and crisp and option-filled TV, I can't imagine anyone is offering a better deal.

Great picture

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought a Vizio for my bedroom, never had one until now. It is 50" and I love it. Was so impressed with the TV that I replaced a RCA that I had for ten years or better. with a brand new 55" Vizio. I compared all the brands and sizes and found that the Vizio had all the features I wanted and more. What I didn't realize was the sharpness of the picture a difference from day to night from my old TV. It's so much more enjoyable to watch TV now than it ever was. For the price quality and ease of installation I firmly believe I made the right choice in purchasing the two Vizio TV's. Thank you

Mixed Response

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Sure it's a great product, but cannot figure how it os an improvement. We wanted to replace the HDMI cord we use to stream from our phones. However, without a separate Wi-Fi source this does not seem to be an option. No, we do not have any access to internet except through our phone hotspots. Not willing to pay for that when we already pay for unlimited on our plan. Like I said probably a good product-maybe great, just not enough to make the switch. It will take the HDMI cable, but we already have that. So….

Didn't work

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The sound went out on our TV. The Geek Squad came and replaced he control board and it didn't fix the sound problem. The part was reordered as the tech thought it may be faulty. The second one didn't work either. So now the geeks are trying to figure out what what the problem is. Thankfully we have a small sound bar and can get sound from it and also the TV is still under warranty.

Great TV

My 37" Vizio died after 13 years of excellent service, I thought that was a pretty good life span so I purchased this 50" Visio Model to replace it. I have only had it for 2 weeks but am very happy with the picture quality and features. This Visio joins my other 2 household Vizio TV's which I have been happy with also.
