Brand new and volume doesn't work

Brought this about 2 months ago and it's great. Has everything you can possibly need in apps and the picture quality is great. Great buy

Great TV and Great Priced

Great picture. But while watching the TV the picture goes black but still has sound. I have to turn it off then back on to get the picture back.

Don't understand

This is a great tv for the price. Very easy to use. Amazing product! Would recommend to anyone to buy!

Awesome TV

I purchased this product approximately 6 months ago.  It has been great.  No problems.  Color and projection are exceptional.

Easy Operation

This is our second Vizio this one replacing the one that is  7 years old with the upgraded pictures and apps. No complaints!

This is my second time within the last month and a half that I have a screen problem. Right out of the box I had dead spots on the top left corner of my screen. They are visible when there is a white or light background. I been through TCL and Vizio with the same problem. I have no idea if it is from handling the product, or a manufacturer defect. I even gave the benefit of the doubt that the screen would fix itself. This process has been frustrating to say the least. I just want a quality product and enjoy a tv.

It's very huge I really like it I don't really know much about specs but the colors are vibrant everything is gorgeous I highly recommend, and the packaging was amazing wrapped really well no cracks or anything, I bout a surround sound also to go with the tv but tbh, I don't think I need it because the tv itself has built In surround sound and it's very clean and loud man I'm in love lol
