This brand is the most reliable TV brand I've personally seen and experienced. I bought this TV a month ago and sure enough it works great. The price is lower than competitors and the product is superior in my opinion. I bought a 42" flat screen from Vizio in 2011 and still have it. It's never malfunctioned, burned out, or required any repairs. I've also moved 4 times across the country during this time period. Friends of mine have talked about buying more expensive brands and seem to always have issues like the lights burning out or software issues. I recommend going with Vizio over any other brand, you won't have issues.

I bought my Vizio about 3 weeks ago. It has a great picture. The tv I bought is a 58". The price was very reasonable, especially since everything has gone up in price. I love the fact that it has apps already on it. So if you don't want any other devices you don't need them. I still use my roku, because there are a few apps I could not find on the tv apps.

Had my TV 2 weeks and I love it, the picture and color are beautiful, the sound quality is great and the set up was fast and easy. This is the 3rd Vizio I have had and I've liked all of them, my last Vizio was a 48 inch and after 7 years it still has a great picture and now it's in my bedroom.

I researched many different types and decided upon this VIZIO V-Series, as a replacement and happy that we did. The picture quality is great, and the sound is so crisp! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had my tv for about 8 months and have found that it's performance has been pretty consistent over time. The picture satisfies my gamer children, and makes watching movies and shows a rich experience. The price point cannot be beaten! The only thing that I have been unhappy with is the SmartCast service. At times when my internet has been spotty or goes out, it requires me to figure out the one correct pattern of restarting the tv and my internet that only the tv knows. Even after a factory reset (and re-logging in to all the apps), I was still frustrated about how not straight forward getting SmartCast to work again was. That being said, the bells and whistles on this device are pretty awesome for the price point.

I have had the Vizios since then and have been problem free. I just wish someone would invent something that would cut off the music in shows and movies. Sometimes the music is so loud I cans hear what the actors are saying.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had this tv for a year and i have not run into lost tvs like i usually do with samsung tvs. All though i noticed this tv doesn't have many sports apps they make up for it with the customization for sound.

I don't like the new update to where I change my stations without it going straight to the guide. I like to flip to the next channel. It gets annoying having to go through the guide every time. I want to be able to have what's on catch my interest.

Overall, a very good TV. The main reason I purchased it was the inclusion of composite audio/video connections for my older components which work fine. Another reason is the overall build quality. We have 2 Vizio sets in the bar that I run and both are close to 10 years old now. Setup was pretty straight forward. Very good picture and sound quality. The only issue I have is not being able to add or remove apps. There's a lot of junk that I would never use and there are a few that I have a subscription to, like Philo. No way to install the app. I'm not going to run Philo on a tablet or PC and cast it to the TV. That's BS. So I rely on my Roku Stick for pretty much everything I watch, except OTA programming. Needing 2 remotes is a small hassle but it is what it is.
