[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought my oven a few months ago and I love most parts of it! A couple of things that drive me crazy are the beeps when the oven gets preheated. It is 3 incredibly longs beeps and there is no way to change the sound or the length only to shut it off completely which I do not want. I know this seems small but it is sooo irritating. It seems like with such a “smart” oven this would be something easily customizable. Otherwise the cook is beautiful and even and I love the way it looks in my home.

I love Samsung. I have dishwasher, 5 door smart fridge, mounted microwave, washer and dryer. I had kept my Jenn Aire stove$ Two months ago I finally gave in and got my smart Samsung stove. Couple of days ago as I was cleaning up after dinner, warmer burner was still on.... I saw sparks and smelt burning. I hit breaker to kill power. The plastic of the terminal wire connection bracket had melted on the red wire connection. I pray this is a quick fix. The nut on this wire was not the correct nut. Is it possible that this is what caused the problem?

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This gas range is wifi compatible! I thought this is such a cool feature, being able to preheat my oven without having to physically do it. This is very useful when im upstairs and needing to cook my pizza, i dont even have to go back and forth because i can control the pre-heat function using my phone. With it being wifi compatible, it is not complicated to use which is a definite plus. The burners also work well and i like the middle griddle. the finish and design of my gas range is very nice and modern. Compared to my old one, this one is definitely very modern and has a lot of cool functions especially the middle 5th burner, wifi compatibility and self clean function of the oven. My favorite feature is definitely the wifi compatibility. it is a game changer! Oven is great but now i wondering if i shouldve gotten the one with the airfry option. But overall happy with my range.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the way my new range looks in the kitchen! It really complements my other upgraded Samsung appliances. I mainly bought this range for the WiFi feature so I can preheat and adjust the time/temp of the oven through my smartphone. This was a real game changer when I’m running late and planned an oven meal. Overall, I highly recommend this oven. The range and oven work great. So far it’s been really easy to clean and the steam clean feature works well. The inside is HUGE! I can fit a lot inside without being crowded. The down side to this is the bottom storage drawer is less tall; it’s best suited for baking sheets or lids. I received this product at a discount in exchange for my honest opinion.

I ordered two range this year, but called three time for services. Still NOT WORKING!!

Purchased 08/01/2025 I have found the glass top scratches extremely easily. I have had other glass top ranges without this problem. The oven light has burned out and oven has not been used often in the past year. Oven temperature is hoter than settings. I would not purchase this range again.

This is the worst product to ever purchase ! Samsung only give a year after purchasing range is having several issues and they will not help I don’t even a year and six months two of my burners are not working and have lost color almost completely
