My previous range came with the house we purchased so it’s life expectancy was up. I have a Samsung washing Marchand love it so decided to see out a Samsung range. It has not disappointed us. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased this stove a couple of months ago. This is my first Samsung smart stove! It communicates with your smartphone and let's you know when it's on and pre-heating and when it's ready. So far this is an excellent purchase.

We have some recipes that we need to add ingredients during the completion . Every time we take the recipe from the oven or just add something to it the heat goes way down and this ruins the recipe. The last oven we had (a GE) did not do this.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got my range, got to install the smart control.. to do that make sure you have smart things app installed..open app, add a new device by scanning QR Code which is found in the oven door upper right corner near the handle.. be sure your phone is connected to your wifi. From there everything should go smoothly. Once installed you can control and monitor your oven from there! I'm very impressed. This rapid boil technology is amazing. Took a minute to boil water... oh I'm going to have fun with this! I'm loving the rapid boil cuz you can take cold water and have it boil in less than 3 minutes. I love cooking in the oven along with using the SmartThings app because my app actually alert me to my food being done incase I cannot hear it. I've made spaghetti I've baked a couple cakes already. The alert option on the stove to tell you when it's done being preheated or when your food is ready is a nice little time so it's easy to hear and once you take the food out of the oven the oven automatically shuts itself off. I've made potatoes which were done before the rest of the food so I put it on the warmer in the warmer work fantastic! If anybody is looking for a stove this is definitely the option that you want to have! I'm sure the stove has many more bells and whistles that I've yet to discover and when I do I will update my testimony. I couldn't be any happier than I am with the stove.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The stove is great. Love it, loves its features, love how evenly it cooks in the oven. But the issue is the warranty with Samsung. There is a VERY FINE LINE on what is product fault/failure or owner. Something’s may try to deny your warranty, even if installed per SAMSUNG INSTALLATION GUIDE. Even if there is a fire. Nonetheless I love the stove, was able to talk with them and explain them the installation manual states XYZ, and they will be repairing. Customer service could use some tweaks, but the product itself is awesome

Ran a 2-hour self-clean to remove burnt oil splatter inside the oven, and it looks brand new again. The burners heat quickly and cook evenly; they cook really well even at the lower heat settings. The Keep Warm oven setting & Warming burner features are handy for making Brunch - looking forward to using them for preparing holiday meals. The Smart Things app pushes phone notifications on oven status. Sending programmed cycles from the app to the oven can be done (ex. Bake for 30 min at 350F) but the timer begins right away - there isn't an option to preheat before starting the timer... yet. Hoping to see some app feature updates if that's even possible. A great thing about the oven being connected to WiFi though is never having to manually set the clock! Overall, its beautiful design and strong performance make this range a great value.
