Greetings! It must be really frustrating to have the Wi-Fi not working and the clock unable to be set, especially after expecting everything to function as it should. Let us help you out. Functions accessible through the SmartThings app may not work correctly if the signal quality is weak or if the product is located in an area with poor Wi-Fi coverage. Ensure that the Wi-Fi on the range is enabled, to do so please turn to page 37 of this model's user manual shared below.
