this stove is infuriating. all the app does is turn the light on. we’ve spent an hour trying to set the time but the manual is 3 pages and cant find anything online. theres a button that i think sets the time but it doesn’t fo anything. and theres a feature on the app to sync the time but of course that doesn’t do anything. these features are pointless to pay for if they dont work.

It is a huge upgrade from my last stove and I love all the features. The oven cooks so evenly and now that I have a timer on the stove, no more burnt cookies! haha

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this new range. Some great features are the warming station and how well the burners heat up evenly. Past experience with a glass cooktop is the uneven temperatures on the burners making the food burn. The ability to connect to Alexa is a great feature as I can now multi-task while having Alexa turn the oven on. The self-cleaning feature is excellent as well. Love the ability to control how long I need to have the feature on, depending on the severity of the inside. The glass top cleans very easily-takes little effort to get it looking pristine. Highly recommend this range! Cooking for my family with this new range is awesome. Broil function does a great job at slightly browning the food while not creating a burnt ness on the food.

The ability to manage the range through an app on my phone is an excellent feature and provides peace of mind and convenience during our busy day. The range is very efficient. The oven heats quickly, water boils rapidly. Overall it's an excellent appliance and a wonderful upgrade to our kitchen.

My previous range came with the house we purchased so it’s life expectancy was up. I have a Samsung washing Marchand love it so decided to see out a Samsung range. It has not disappointed us. The sales woman was so well-informed so kudos to her!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Like the range overall. I love the look of the range, it matches well with my other black stainless appliances. The oven and burners both heat up really fast and cook consistent. Only complaint is the glass top seems to wear quickly and takes a lots to clean to clear again. Worried about it's longevity as it seems to stain and wear quickly. I like the Wifi capability, being able to monitor the range while able to do other tasks has increased my ability to be more productive. Have noticed a difference in making multiple dishes at the same time. Always had trouble with previous range and this one all items are heated just as desired. The oven does seem to take a little time to initially start warming up but keeps heat consistent throughout cooking time. Being confident that this range will cook food consistently has made cooking easier and more enjoyable. My previous range would cook inconsistent and result in much longer cooking times and ruined food. This Samsung range has made cooking simpler and easier.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This range has two "Rapid Boil" elements to get the pot to boil quickly, even if you're watching it! It also has a handy keep warm element. I can set my oven digitally to any temp using a numeric keypad, and it too heats up quickly. I haven't tried the bread proofing feature yet, but I'm sure it will be handy to have around the holidays. I really like to cook, and this range simplifies things so it is easy to cook! Thank you, Samsung!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] For an electric range this one is great. The smart features are good but I wish the remote start feature would not shut down on it's own. You have to turn it on if you know you are going to need the oven on in advance.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is one of the best stores I've ever cooked on. I love the griddle tray in he middle and how well the stove cooks. We have used the griddle to make eggs and bacon and it worked great. Nothing stuck on there. I downloaded the app that goes with the stove and love it.. I can preheat my oven from another room which is great! I use the oven mainly for baking and when I adjusted times my desserts come out great! We recently moved into a gas appliance community and had a cheaper model stove. The old model was not a smart stove nor did it have the griddle option. The oven was also a bit smaller.. This Samsung definitely outdid itself. I do have to watch when I'm being because it needs a little less time than the recipe calls for. I also like how it chimes when the oven is preheated. So far I have no complaints!

I also really like the warming feature, which can be set/controlled to keep food warm until it is served. It is a great stove, easy to clean, and is super powerful/rapid as far as cooking and boiling. The oven is amazing!
