Had to buy an oven thermometer so I could regulate it properly. Like the grates on the stove top much better than what was on my previous range.

I paid for installation when I purchased the range and after Samsung sent people out twice, I ended up having to pay a plumber myself to get it hooked up correctly so the range would fit back against the wall. I also had to have Samsung send someone out to fix the oven light issue before it was a month old. The range itself it nice and much better than my old GE range.

This oven is huge. The panel is easy to understand and works well! The burners and oven heat up quickly and cook evenly.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Works great, but a few minor issues. 1. The big burner will sometimes 'spit' flames from the little opening you will see 2. When connecting to smartthings app, the oven will sometimes not load the settings input into the app.

Easy to clean, can start the oven with precise cooking time and temp from your phone, and a beautiful color. If you utilize the smarthings app, it is an easy integration into your tech ecosystem. Have had no issues.

The range heats up incredibly fast compared to our old range, and it cut down the time to boil water in half. This is a huge time saver. The oven also pre-heats incredibly fast! I love being able to set and preheat the oven from my phone. 5/5!

I love the modern look of the heating coil under the glass, the smaller and more efficient controls, and most of all the steam clean for the oven! I am beyond tickled that I will never have to use another turn-it-to-ash-and-stink-up-the-house oven cleaning cycle. In short, I am amazed that I am cooking more often on my Samsung range.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Upgraded from an old coil stove. Having a glass top is very nice. Top is easy to clean. Mush easier cooking than with a coil top. Burners cook evenly. Stove itself is an attractive design. So far, it works as it should. Steam clean feature seems to function, but never actually cleans inside. Vent for heat from oven is located right behind the handle, so be careful opening the door. Bottom drawer is too small and flimsy. Nothing can really be stored inside. Burner and hot surface indicators are identical. Would prefer they were different. I also feel the hot surface indicator needs to stay on longer than it does.
