the stove itself works great and looks great. but, not being able to turn the oven light on and off without using the wi-fi app. is crazy. also , you can't set the clock without connecting the stove to the app. two basic functions that you can't do unless you use the app. just a pain that should be a easy thing

Ran a 2-hour self-clean to remove burnt oil splatter inside the oven, and it looks brand new again. The burners heat quickly and cook evenly; they cook really well even at the lower heat settings. The Keep Warm oven setting & Warming burner features are handy for making Brunch - looking forward to using them for preparing holiday meals. The Smart Things app pushes phone notifications on oven status. Sending programmed cycles from the app to the oven can be done (ex. Bake for 30 min at 350F) but the timer begins right away - there isn't an option to preheat before starting the timer... yet. Hoping to see some app feature updates if that's even possible. A great thing about the oven being connected to WiFi though is never having to manually set the clock! Overall, its beautiful design and strong performance make this range a great value.

push button key pad is junk, you have to keep pushing the symbol to make it work and no i don't want to use my phone to run my stove. glass top scratches very very easily and shows every fingerprint. my old glass top had a textured surface which is a lot better for scratches and prints. i am sorry i purchased this range.

It has a choice of different sizes and heating power. I love the oven; it cooks great, and I love that the racks have many choices in cooking positions. The oven also hooks up to Wi-Fi, and I can control it with my phone and also with Alexa. I am very pleased with my purchase.

It’s not super fantastic but it is sooo much better than the ugly “stainless steel” whirlpool they tried to stock us with. Some things I don’t like about this model, the middle griddle can’t be changed out for a grate. The wifi capablty doesn’t really do anything. Other than that, I like it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The smart electric range is acting well so far, have not had the chance to sample all it is capable of doing but so far it is impressive in action. The glass top is a nice change from those other stoves with the plate and wire burners. You have to be careful what you keep on the glass when you are turning it on, something got burned into the glass, and was not able to get it out. Definitely like the keep warm burner, nice innovation. Overall good item.

Only one issue with the broiler pilot light but that was rectified under the warranty. My wife does alot of home baking and she loves it, especially the wifi control for the temperature.
