[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Samsung Range is very easy to use. The operational controls for the range is very user friendly. The Wi-Fi usage for the range makes it very simple and easy to set the timer and forget for cooking. It has made cooking more of a pleasure than a task.

In May 2022, I purchased the NE63A6311SS/AA range. In May 2023 the glass cooktop cracked across the two burners on the left side. I had the cooktop replaced by my home warranty provider. Four days ago, 17 May 2024, the glass cooktop cracked across the two burners on the right side. I am waiting for my home warranty contractor to replace the cooktop, once again. Who knows where it will crack next year. By the way, both times it cracked, the cooktop was not in use. Moreover, the glass is ever-so-delicate. Normal use of pots and pans leaves scratches all over.

I love the modern look of the heating coil under the glass, the smaller and more efficient controls, and most of all the steam clean for the oven! I am beyond tickled that I will never have to use another turn-it-to-ash-and-stink-up-the-house oven cleaning cycle. In short, I am amazed that I am cooking more often on my Samsung range.

Sometimes it seems like it takes a little longer to preheat than my previous oven, but I feel like it is worth it to have the hidden elements and the easy cleaning for the oven. I have not used the app to much to learn the features other than I can send instructions to the oven and then push start. I really love it though I think it is just enough technology for a great price point. I would highly recommend.

I upgraded all my kitchen appliances with new Samsung products so the range fits right in. The design is modern and sleek. The cooktops work great and I like the dual rings to better control heat, which can be difficult with electric when using different types/sizes of pans. The glass cooktop is easy to clean. The inside of the oven is large to hold multiple dishes - I haven’t gotten it dirty yet, but I’m excited to try the steam clean! My only complaint is that the top of the unit where the buttons are mounted moves backwards if you press the buttons too hard, which makes it feel flimsier than it is. Overall, I’m very satisfied with the new range and oven. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a new one! I received this product at a discounted price in exchange for my honest opinion.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is one the smartest range / oven Samsung has ever made! It made wife’s jaw drop with appearance on its own! You can connect the range to your smart things app from Samsung and adjust some of the features that we are still trying to learn ourselves. With the rapid boil feature you don’t have to sit there for 15 mins for water to boil for some noodles it’s pretty instant. My wife also loves the feature of non-stick coating feature on the griddle, makes easier than to use non-stick spray. Like most other ovens it dose have a self cleaning feature which also helpful. The air fryer feature is an added bonus, which makes easier to fry a chicken or whatever you desire you can eat healthier with this all in one range and put your small air fryer and toaster oven away and save some room on your counters. With it being freestanding you can built your own cabinets and cupboards to fit custom. We are in process of doing that now we used oven for a few weeks and working on remodel. The stainless steel look is very sleek and easy to keep clean with cleaner and to get rid of smudges and fingerprints that are left on. Overall I d honestly recommend this range / oven with all other Samsung smart kitchen appliances! Thanks
