[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] our household received this product as part of a special #insiders campaign. i am happy with this purchase. there was a bit of damage on the handle. however, the stovetop cooks fast. the oven cleaner works great. the quick boil is also another a great feature. getting the top clean is a lot of work. i wish there was an easier and quicker way to clean the top.

I no longer have to use a small air fryer multiple times for the family, 1 large air fryer sheet i purchased hold enough food for the whole family, now we can all eat together. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought all new Samsung appliances a month ago and love them all the range was easy to set up and works great. I am really enjoying the center griddle makes the best grilled cheese and warms tortillas so they are ready to serve

The oven auto-locks if over 400 degrees for some reason. I have played with the child locks to be sure they are off. I have numerous dinners held hostage by the oven while it cools down to a respectable temp or have been unable to put said dinner in as pre-heating locks the thing. If I could rip the lock out I would.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am loving this range so far. The stainless steel is very nice. It makes my kitchen look complete and very elegant. The flat stove is very easy to clean, which is a huge plus compared to my old range. I love the rapid boil feature and how quickly it heats up. The oven part has plenty of room in it. Connecting it to the wifi was simple to do and it’s a nice added feature although it isn't really necessary, it is an added plus. I like that it sends me a notification whenever the oven is preheated or when the time is up. I can be anywhere in the house and know when my food is ready. Overall this is a very nice range and I would definitely recommend it to others.

The only thing I've found that kept me from making it 5 stars is that the self-cleaning oven doesn't clean it completely like I wish it would. The glass remains streaked and stained. And the electronic-press buttons for the timer and other functions are difficult to activate/end. But the functionality of both the oven and the stove top is fantastic!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The stove is great. Love it, loves its features, love how evenly it cooks in the oven. But the issue is the warranty with Samsung. There is a VERY FINE LINE on what is product fault/failure or owner. Something’s may try to deny your warranty, even if installed per SAMSUNG INSTALLATION GUIDE. Even if there is a fire. Nonetheless I love the stove, was able to talk with them and explain them the installation manual states XYZ, and they will be repairing. Customer service could use some tweaks, but the product itself is awesome

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love my Samsung range. Looks nice and is easy to clean. A great buy for us! We replaced an electric stove top and a small wall oven. This oven is huge. The panel is easy to understand and works well! The burners and oven heat up quickly and cook evenly.

Excelent product. I bougth mine 6 months ago and it is very easy to clean with the proper cleaning product and everything gets out. Today it looks like new and I cook everyday. It's very imortant to clean the surface after use or don't cook again before cleaning. The surface will not scratch if you use the recomended cleaning product.

We were thrilled to see that it included all Samsung appliances as we have had then before and loved them but very disappointed in the electric stove till we tried it. This stove is amazing in so many ways. You turn the burners on and it’s hot immediately, and full burners with no cold spots at all so cooking is even and flawless. Love our new stove and oven!
