Hair can look frizzy or dry if it is not conditioned enough. Tips: Try a richer conditioner. Try using a conditioning treatment 2 or 3 times a week. Leave the conditioner on for up to 5 minutes. Use more conditioner on the ends of your hair, which does not get enough of the natural oils from your scalp. Try using a leave-in conditioner instead of one you rinse out.
