My husband loves this product so we order often. It's disappointing though that with the redesign and added eucalyptus that the cost went up.

Cost increase

This formula of eucalyptus is really weak, its almost non existent.

Not as expected

Always reliably relieving itchiness. Cleans scalp pretty thoroughly, leaving it refreshed. We do use an additional cooling and extra deep cleaning shampoo, but this Head & Shoulders shampoo alone was good enough for cleansing purposes. Smells tolerable enough for my family with perfume allergies too. Pretty good deal for people with seborrheic dermatitis and psoriasis.
