Great product / no replacement parts

My son loves this dirt bike and has had it for a few years. The only issue with this cool product is you can't buy replacement parts. My son rides it so much it needs batteries and cannot get them or any parts even from there website. This product would have a solid 5-star review if you could buy parts

Impossible to find tubes for

The tube is an unusual size, and you won't find them anywhere. You might as well buy a new bike. It's 12 inches, but you can only find 12.5-inch tubes and tires. By the way, these tires went flat the first week my son used them.

Great while it lasted

We bought this last in gray last fall it worked from about October to early December and now it doesn't charge or turn on. Is there replacement batteries? My son loved it while it lasted, we'd love to get more use out of it.

I purchased this bike for my nephew as a Christmas gift last year. He loved the bike but wasn't able to ride it until the weather got warmer. Unfortunately, when he was able to ride the bike he punctured the tire. I purchased the extended warranty and it did not cover the tire replacement. I found this out after several back and forth emails and telephone calls. I contacted Jetson to see how and where I could replace the tire myself and was told they do not carry the tire and I must go to a hardware store or tire store. I think it is ridiculous I spend over $400 on this bike to get no assistance. My nephew did not get a chance to enjoy his bike and I wasted $400 + dollars.

Didn't last 1 1/2 years.

The bike worked fine untill the charger was misplaced. After about a month i went ahead and ordered and new charger from Jetson, thats when the real problem began. The new charger would not charge up the bike, so I contacted Jetson for help, they said the battery is built into the bike and you the customer cannot replace it. They have no solution besides for me to take it to a E bike repair shop, I know thay wont be worth it. So now if i dont try to make a repair it will be ready for the trash. I dont recommend Jetson.
