I suffer from slight incontinence and generally wear a pad during the day but needed something more for the night. They are comfortable and have a good stretch to them. They are easy to put on too.

I also didn’t like the fact that the liner for the pad was literally a liner , it wasn’t made into the pull-up it was just slapped in the pull-up . I wouldn’t recommend wearing these out or to bed due to the poor making of the pull-ups . Leakage will occur and so will discomfort!

They are very easy to get on and off and offer plenty of absorbent power. They do feel a little padded. If you are worried about overnight leaks these really offer a lot of protection from that.
