Your website said my order didn’t go through twice and told me to reorder so I did. I looked and it had ordered 3 of the item I wanted. I canceled 2 of them and all 3 were shipped to me in 3 different shipments. I was charged shipping on all 3 items. I called customer service and they said someone would email me about a refund on the shipping. I never received an email or a refund. Not happy!

I have an elderly family member who uses this item and it was out of stock at the local club. A name brand item was purchased and she much prefers the Members Mark product. So happy that we are able to purchase the Members Mark product for free delivery while our local Sam’s Club is out of stock!

I have been purchasing this product for years now. The quality and quantity is great! I have compared the Members Mark to brands like Depends and have found that Members Mark is a much better quality product. It absorbs better keeping your skin dry and protected. They prevent leakage and emparasing moments. You wont find a better product and the price is amazing.

I try all the different brands, some are too bulky and show through you pants. Member's Mark underwear are suitable to wear under leggings. I really like this brand. If I wear an incontinence pad I know that the outline of the pad can be seen through my pants. I wish more women would realize that thick pads show through and the briefs are much better.

According to samsclub.com the Depend product is not available within 150 miles of zip code 08817. Decided to try the Members Mark offering. The product has a strong unpleasant smell out of the plastic wrapping. It dissipates after a day; 24 hours. Have learned to preopen the package before using. It also is thinner than the Depend product though have not experienced a problem with oversaturation yet. Will probably shop for the Depend product elsewhere.

I purchase these for my 90 yr old MIL who lives with us. We appreciate being able to buy them in this size package, and the fact I can get them shipped quickly is key but she recently wanted to call "the owner" of the store to complain about how they fasten along the sides. She seems to find them suddenly uncomfortable.

Missing it in my store. My mom wears these and it was stocked in my local Sam’s club but for some reason they no longer are available in the store. Thankfully they are still available online. They work really well and I will continue to order them online until they are available in my store.

I love he Member's Mark brand of this product. They are comfortable and fit both snugly and securely, leaving no gaps at the legs and no bunching up on the backside. They also don't feel too tight or restrictive, which almost seems to be a contradiction. Somehow, though, they work the way they need to - stretchy enough to cover larger areas and snug enough to provide a secure feeling "just in case." I can't speak to their absorbency because so far (knock-wood) I've been able to make it to the bathroom before losing full control.

These used to be a perfect fit until the sizing changed. We went by waist measurements like always but there is no “tushy” coverage. Think along the lines of a thong. My mother is not a large woman so I cannot imagine what problems other ladies may experience.

These r wonderful pull ups( I call them), fit really good & very absorbent. U hardly know u have them on, make shorts, pants, or whatever u r wearing fit a little tighter, but do not show u have them on, not bulky but very absorbent, are for me anyway, & I gush urine most of the time. I tried several, thought the ones I had at rehab were good, but these were less bulky with same if not better absorbent.
