The tv's ability to integrate with amazon Alexa as well as Google Nest and other smart home products Is a plus. The bright vivid picture makes even the darkest scenes viewable. HDMI input detection recognized and renamed the port for my Xbox. The TV comes preloaded with many popular apps like Amazon Netflix Disney Plus and I was able to download a few others that I like to use. I feel this TV is a great value for the price.

Im a gamer soo the xbox, Amazon luna, and geforce now services built right into the tv are awesome. I just connect my controller to the tv and I can play all my xbox and pc games right there without a pc or console if needed.

It should be smart enough to figure out from the incoming stream. When it was connected to HDMI 1, the TV (even Netflix) will not work unless the DirecTV is on though there is no relationship between the two. Or Netflix will only work for about an hour and turn off until we switch on DirectTV receiver. I have connected a Physical ethernet cable to the TV.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Following a power outage, my ISP appeared to have trouble connecting to the SmartThings server, which caused all of my smart apps to stop functioning—except for Netflix, which continued to stream content without issue. Other apps, including YouTubeTV, Disney+, Prime Video, and YouTube, were all unresponsive. I spent several hours troubleshooting the issue: updating my router firmware, replacing Cat5e cables, performing a factory reset on the TV, and power cycling multiple devices. Despite these efforts, the problem persisted until the following day, when everything returned to normal. However, I had to completely rebuild my main TV menu as a result.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have had our Samsung Smart TV a little over a year. After dropping our subscription TV service we went totally streaming. It works very well with our internet and has caused us no problems whatsoever. We would highly recommend Samsung TVs and would not hesitate purchasing another.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] TV is used for streaming through firestick/ samsung TV and as a computer screen. Ez setup and hand off from computer works flawless. in addition the integration into smartthings is a convenient feature. Also connected a terrestrial antenna without any difficulties. Picture quality is excellent especially on the eye comfort setting. Sound is acceptable, however I connected a Samsung sound bar, connecting it was plug and play.

After 2 cracked screens upon delivery I was weary to even try again, but for the sale price I wouldn't beat it for another TV. Finally the third TV came safe, but the box smelled like spoiled milk and it had been sitting in a dumpster for a year. Sams was awesome with the returns though, fedex picked up both broken TVs and a new one was shipped as soon as I put the claim in allowing me to only be delayed on hanging for 1 week. First tv arrived sunday, second wed, and third the following sunday. TV looks stunning! Great deal!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The TV itself is awesome. We have no issues with it at all and it's one of the best TVs we've had. That said, we have little kids and inevitably the remote gets lost quite often so we have to resort to the phone app remote. Unfortunately this samsung SmartThings companion app is terrible. It's slow and requires you to redownload the remote at the most random times when all you want to do is lower the volume. So - recommend the TV but hope they fix their app.
