Having sensitivity to products is not fun, and we're saddened to hear you 're experiencing it. Safety is our top priority, and all our products are thoroughly evaluated to be safe when used as directed. We recommend discontinuing use of the product if experiencing sensitivity to it. As with any teeth whitening product containing peroxide, when gel comes in contact with gums, it can cause temporary whitening, sensitivity or soreness. It is okay to use 3D White Whitestrips over a longer period of time by waiting a day between applications or alternating between using an upper and lower strip.
