The packets were easy to open. Directions were clear. I did notice a difference, but it was not a huge difference. Maybe using for another round would deliver stronger results. That said, I will be trying again!

I really tried to use them consistently, but I know I have sensitive teeth so I started with every other night. Even that was bothering my teeth so I just fell off the wagon and can only use them sporadically. They're easy to use and I'm sure they're effective if you have teeth that can handle it.
