Not as firm as I was expecting. I ordered the firm but the mattress is more like a medium firmness.

It says medium firmness on the box. I would have just as soon slept on bricks.

Had high hope based on prior reviews. Purchased the first of Sept and so far for 2 1/2 weeks it has exceeded my expectations.

No obnoxious odors when first inflated. Heavy so it doesn’t slide around. Comfy. A little too soft for my taste.

Very firm but great

This mattress is "Hotel Quality" - very solid, firm construction and heavy! Unfolded quickly after release from the box & plastic wrap! Slept on the floor for several nights before the bedroom suite arrived. As described on the box!

We bought one mattress and found it so comfortable that we bought a second. It has NO faulty construction issues. We bought "medium" firm and it is highly supportive with a quality memory foam on top.

Outstanding Mattress for the price. Just the right amount of firmness but fits snugly embraces all the body's curves. The only problem with this mattress is that you may not want to get out of bed.

I really wanted to like this mattress, but unfortunately it was not very comfortable. Biggest thing is that it retained heat and it kept me burning up throughout the night. Thankfully Sam’s Club has a great return policy and was able to help me return the mattress. So, I appreciate that!
