Most of the time, I love this bacon. Perfect thickness, perfect flavor. Cooked in a 350 connection oven, it's the perfect mix of chewy meat and crispy fat. Just the right amount of smoke and salt. But then... every once in a while, you get a package that was obviously cut from the laziest, fattest, most pampered pig on the farm. I was really looking forward to a BLT, but this morning I opened a package that was 85% fat. It's really inedible unless you're looking to slam your arteries shut. I'm laid up, so for now, I get my groceries delivered. Otherwise, this never would have made it into my cart. If this app allows, I'll post a pic. It's worth buying. Just check it carefully.

I was accidentally given this bacon instead of my normal...1 star is even too much for this. It is the most horrible food Ive ever had. No flavor and the faux smoke flavor burns the back of your throat as after taste. It no way even compares to Wright Bacon as it trys to be. You can sub real smoke flavor with faux.

Inspect cut for leaness before buying, zip lock closure doesn't work regularly, but when you buy a lean cut it is great!!!!

if you like bacon that tastes like it was made outside in your own smokehouse you will love this . All its missing is the rind !

This is not comparable to the wright brand thick cut bacon. Please do not stop carrying the wright brand. I will not buy this again.

I purchased this product by mistake, too much fat and very little lean. I cannot recommend this product. very unhappy 😡

This bacon fell into pieces putting it into the pan and the flavor was not good nowhere near Wright's

It doesn't have any salt. There is no balance between smoke and salt. Members Mark missed the mark with this one and proved that Wright bacon is right!
