Shipment arrived two days before website said it was going to which was a major plus. I built this chair with the help of my eight year old son as I have some medical problems which cause my hands and arms to go numb. PLEASE READ all of the instructions before you start to build the chair then build the chair my moving a couple of the steps around. My son and I followed the instructions exactly and could have saved ourselves some grief if we would have done one major step in a different order. The lumbar support ins't really in the right spot for me but I do have to say that this chair is comfy, sturdy and rolls around on the tile floor great. I weigh quite a bit less then the weight limit but after buying another chair from Walmart not two years ago and it was quite shoddy I was looking for a chair that had great reviews and this one had it. I am quite happy with my purchase and my cat likes it too as she has decided that the top of the backrest is mighty comfy as well.

Been looking a whole year for a big comfy office chair like the one I have at work. Went back and forth looking at reviews and so glad I chose this one. Looks like a boss chair and I can sit comfortable with my legs cross crossed on chair. And I’m a thicker girl. Does get kinda hard on the booty after long 10hr days but that’s usually my time to log off.

I'm a big guy 6'6 and 425lbs and this chair is exactly what I have been looking for. It feels very sturdy and has plenty of room. Assembly was relatively easy but you will probably need someone else's assistance in getting the back of the chair attached to the bottom. My chair didn't have assembly instructions but it had a number to call if you had any issues. Their customer service was extremely helpful and fast in emailing me the instructions. I would highly recommend this chair to anyone who needs a bigger office chair.

I bought myself this chair after my last chair finally fell apart. I needed a sturdy chair as I had gained a lot of weight. I am 400 plus pounds and this chair is extremely comfortable and stable. It was easy to put together I didn't need any help and it took about 20 minutes to put together. I would definitely recommend this chair to any plus size people that want good quality for a nice price.

This is a fabulous chair. Easy to assemble and as strong and sturdy as they come. When they say it will support 450 lbs they are not kidding. I bought this chair for my husband who is no where near that weight but was uncomfortable on the smaller computer chair we had. I wasn't a big fan either. This chair rivals all of those "executive" computer chairs. If you like a wider seat you will love this chair. You won't go wrong with this one.

Everything was going fine with the assembly of this chair until I got to the final two screws. The 8 screws for the arm rests went in fine. The 4 screws for the chair lift went in fine. When adding the back rest encountered problems which near sent me over the edge. The two long screws would seat and then go no further. Tried over and over and over and finally got one to go in, then the other would not. Tried soap, liquid wrench, no go. So removed other bolts on this assembly to start over. Finally got the left screw in and then the right one which had been in before would not go in. This is probably the 12th desk chair I've purchased over the years as we have two working desks, so I don't think I'm the problem. After 2 hours of frustration I just gave up. The screw never did go in so I guess I'm just not leaning on the backrest.

I think this chair will last for a lot longer than regular chairs. Comfortable, but the extra weight of the lower part sometimes makes it hard to roll on carpet. But, I would rather have something that is solid and lasts. Not just for big people, as it is comfortable for lighter weight people too. Could use a little lumbar support, but for the price, I am not complaining. I would recommend this to anyone.

Absolutely LOVE this chair! Had a few doubts that it would be this good, but they are gone, this chair is what it says it is and more! Very sturdy, roomy, nice fabric, rolls nicely, good lumbar support. I am thrilled that I chose this chair, I think you will be too!

Extremely fast shipping, First off I ordered this chair Friday evening around 7-8pm and as most of know now most shipping does not take place on Sat or Sunday without huge fees and even then that's only when offered. It was due to arrive at my house the following Friday but by some miracle it arrived Monday morning by noon. Now onto the chair itself, I read reviews saying it took an hour to put together and thought that was too long but plan on it taking 30-60 min to put together. Its easy to do but due to the sturdiness and weight it takes a lil time. The chair is very comfortable but the tilt function is really only a couple inches. It does not tilt far enough to be able to stay in the tilted position with out propping your feet against something. That's really my only gripe. It feels very sturdy and being rated for 450lb I feel secure sitting in it at my 6'3" 399 lbs plus my 30+ lb dog sitting on my lap.

Comfortable, however, if you are 6"4" or taller it may not be deep enough for sitting long periods. More support closer to the bend of the knee area would be helpful. Still, the chair meets my expectations and I recommend it to those having difficulty in finding an office chair for big & tall folks.
