Great razor!

Best razor ever!

"Each blade refill lasts up to one month (based on twice/week shave); just use and replace when you're ready for a new one." Pretty expensive for an estimated 8 uses per head unit. Come on, Gillette, and make a decent, fairly priced product for women!

I expected a smooth shave, but this razor is like the old double edged razors of the past. The shaver is very rough and I feel like I will cut myself if I use again. I was excited about the metal handle, but it is heavy and slippery when soapy. Waste of money! I really expected more out of a Venus razor!

I have used Venus for years. I LOVE them. These blades were a huge disappointment. No matter how many times I swipe or different angles I go, they will not capture the hairs, or strip, on my shin. If you look at the blade, the border of the blade sticks up higher than the blades itself preventing a close contact with your skin-unless you can press firmly on soft tissue. The shin is not soft tissue. I had to use I different razor. Of course, I had opened opened the package and tossed before I discovered this.

I love these, they do the job and they do the job right. I get multiple uses on them too. When the gel like soap wears out I use it with soap and it work great. No cuts no irritation. They last and I'm a 3 to 4 times a week shaver of every inch on my body.

This razor doesn't form to skin or glide. In fact, it squeals as it drags across my skin. Unhappy.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I started using Venus razor systems after trying just about every disposable razor on the market. I wanted something that would give me a smooth close shave without all the knicks and cuts. I can say I have not cut myself shaving not even one time since I switched to Venus. The head has some flexibility and sort of pivots to prevent cuts and the strips at the top and bottom of the blades help with moisturizing and add protection. I love that refillable blades are a thing now! It’s more cost effective, helps the environment and is convenient to always have replacements on hand. I don’t shave every time I shower so my use might be different then yours but each refill lasts me a few months. These refills are well made and I highly recommend them
