We bought two of the XL Twin size to replace our King size mattress, and use them on a pair of matching adjustable bases. We’ve only had them a couple of weeks, but so far we're both happy with them! This 14" thich mattress works well with the adjustable base, though a thinner mattress might work better.

Ordered the "medium" version first. We are going to return it and exchange for the plush. My wife is a side sleeper, and I am a back sleeper. So, we're trying to find the "middle ground" where we're both comfortable. I will update this review (or post a second review) once we get the Plush version in. That said, the bed is comfortable and seems to be well made. We've been on it about a month now, and while we do like it, the medium is just too firm. We're 5'7"/5'10", and ~130-170 lbs. Hoping the Plush version is softer. That said, I called Sam's club service number. They are having someone come pick up the mattress. This is great customer service. In the meantime, I have ordered the plush. I'm hoping for the best, but also I am purchasing confidently because of the great customer service I just received.

1 year review of the medium mattress by a 230lb side sleeper: Month 1: Foam was is so thick, its cloud like. Felt more like a plush than a medium. Months 2-3: Perfect. Slept great. Months 4-5: Noticing the foam layers are beginning to lose their loft. Month 6: Foam is starting to bottom out, I began to feel the coil spring layer on my side. Months 8-9: Mattress foam was no longer providing any support. I felt as if i was sleeping on a firm coil spring bed. I began thinking I'm going to need a new mattress soon.. 12 months: Mattress has been replaced and now in the towns dump where it belongs. I had high hopes for this mattress but the long term just isn't there.

After getting 3 defective Nectar Premium mattresses in a row, I decided to give up on Nectar. I took a chance on this mattress from Sam's. I purchased a Medium and couldn't be happier with it. I would say it's actually firmer that the Nectar Premium. I have a bad back, hips and knees. I am now able to enjoy pain-free sleep!

My wife wanted to replace our $2,500 Stearns & Foster mattress because she sunk into her sleeping position after a few years (the mattress basically had divots in it where we slept). I didn't want to spend another $2,500 on a mattress so we compromised on our first ever mattress in a box. So far, it's been great. The only advice I'd add is medium is firmer than we expected. We're not disappointed - and we haven't tried the plush or firm - just saying our experience with the medium is that it's more like "medium-firm."

Ordered this mattress for my sister in San Antonio. FedEx showed it to be out for delivery for 4 days. Had to cancel the order and re-order for pick up because FedEx could never tell us where the mattress was. Sam’s really needs to rethink their delivery carriers.

I work at a mattress store... all we sell are mattresses. That being said, my expectations are always high, and my standards are as well. This mattress feels EXACTLY the same as our previous queen size that was more than double the price. It is so unbelievably comfortable and supportive. Its worth the price for sure and i would buy it again tenfold if we need more mattresses in the future for other rooms

This bed is a god sent from the moment I set it up and I slept in it that evening I have been able to sleep soundly. I have a few medical problems where I could not get comfortable sleep on any mattresses I was beginning to give up hope. I saw this frame and mattress in Sam’s Club and decided to give it a try. It also helped that it was on sale . when I tell you I haven’t slept as good in over three years it’s not a lie, came changer. get it today

Overall the mattress is nice and comfortable, however it is not a true king size mattress. The specs on the website list it as being 76x80, but it is only 77" long. When I put it in the bed frame I noticed a large gap at each end compared to our old mattress. My feet hang off the end. I guess that's how they offer the Sam's discount by removing 3 inches from every mattress.

Don't waste your time on this mattress. We had two more delivered after the first one was faulty, the first replacement mattress being both the wrong size and the wrong model. Turns out both the first and the third were faulty. Neither expanded to the full 14" height after more than a week of inflate time, both were 70" instead of 75". The return/replacement process is a nightmare. A private shipping company, which was terrible to deal with, was dispatched to our house to collect the mattress. The first replacement mattress was a California King instead of a twin. Unfortunately, we did not figure this out until it had expanded partially on my child's bed and partially on the floor. When I spoke with someone about the issue, I was told that my child could sleep on the california king on the floor while we awaited the pickup and replacement of the extremely too large mattress. It was a true delight to try and get a fully expanded california king out of the room, down the stairs, and outside for the aforementioned terrible shipping company to come and pick it up. While awaiting the pickup and shipment of the appropriate size model my child was completely blocked out of her room by the mattress and forced to sleep elsewhere. After the third and final mattress arrived we set it up and let it sit for longer than the 3 recommended days. It is still just 12" high and 70" long. It does not come anywhere near filling the cover and no sheets will ever fit it. It will be going back. Both of my adult children have had great success with other Sams mattress models, but do not get this one.
