Despite my usual practice of reading reviews from various sites, I only read the reviews on Sam's before purchasing the Womans and Mens. This decision led to a severe negative experience. Both my partner and I were in a miserable state, dealing with bloating, cramping, excessive gas & heartburn. Do your research off this site; we are not the only ones experiencing this negative response. I hope you are lucky and do tolerate it.

I leave them next to my other daily supplements so I remember to take them. I also like that they have an acid resistant capsule. I feel they are a good price for 84 capsules. The pills are not too big and they don't have any weird aftertaste to them. I do have some digestive issues and I feel like these have been helping a lot with that.
