I've been taking this probiotic for several months now. I've taken several different brands with different strands over several years. This one seems to work the very best for me, both for digestive health and for bladder health. I wish they still carried it in the store, but at least for now, I can still order it online. And the price is decent.

Didn’t really do anything. I was hoping it would do what it says and help with feminine issues but it hasn't helped at all. I've been using it for about 3 months too. I won't waste my money again, as it's very expensive for it not to do much. Bummed, as having constant BV due to medications and autoimmune disease, I was hoping it would help. It helped so many others.

Following a colonoscopy, my gastroenterologist recommended a probiotic. I chose this one. Unfortunately, in my case, my “gut” - as my doctor calls it - must be more sensitive to this kind of treatment. I took this for five days, and after two days, its effect was almost as bad as the colonoscopy prep. I stopped taking it three weeks ago, and I am still not back to normal. I have had to change my entire diet to follow the BRAT diet, and my PCP prescribed medicine to deal with the lingering effects. I’ve been on that diet for two weeks, and on those meds for a week and am still struggling. (I have a follow-up appointment next week.) So just be warned. This is a powerful probiotic, and if you have a sensitive digestive system, it’s one you might want to skip.

I've read a lot of positive reviews and was hoping this would work for me, but this probiotic did the exact opposite of what it should do. It made me more bloated, caused indigestion and gave me the worst stomach cramping all day and night.
