This a strong probiotic and be sure to feed probiotics fiber to ensure survival. I have had IBS my whole life. Lived on laxatives on and off. Plus constant UTI 's. This has been a God send. No more UTI's and Now regular BMs. A need after 40. If you don't have serious issues and just want a probiotic, I don't recommend this product. It will be too strong for you. If the good bacteria in gut is non-existent, I highly recommend.

I have taken this brand before, but something has changed.I thought it was just the one for women so I purchased the one that's in the blue container. They both smell dusgusting and they're very hard to take because of that.They have a very strong xhemical smell and taste. I know you can do better. I'm very disappointed!

I was ordering these previously from Amazon. The last time I ordered I was nearly out of them and Amazon forgot to send my order. So, I started searching for other sources. I found them at Sam's Club and much to my surprise, they were even cheaper than Amazon. I ordered two bottles and was very impressed with how quickly they arrived. Thank you! I received product reimbursement for my honest opinion. Let me start with this: probiotics were a life-changing discovery for me. My doctor recommended them after I was having issues with infections on my face. Another brand fixed that and now I'm looking for a different brand to help with IBS-D. I tried Physician's choice Women's Probiotic. These are definitely not the solution for me. They have given me more urgent, frequent diarrhea. They are also remarkably similar to the Member's Mark brand, but they have fewer strains and higher CFU count. My other issue is that this product appears inferior to the regular probiotic priced the same. The regular has a 40% increase in strain diversity and ten billion more CFU. The probiotic blend is nearly identical, minus the small amount of cranberry (cranberry pills have 10 times the amount).

I’m feeling good so guess they work. Pills are a bit large

This is a great replacement for one that I can find anywhere. Has all the same ingredients and budget friendly.
