It includes a cranberry extract and D-mannose, which are good for urinary tract health. This probiotic is acid resistant for survivability and shelf stable, so there's no need to refrigerate. Overall, I am pleased with this product.

The bottle is slim and tall, which is good for storage, but it surprisingly does not have a child-proof lid/cap. I've taken these probiotics for several days now and they seem to be clearing out sludge from my body. Right now, I feel like I have a slight cold, but that can happen with new probiotics and "die-off". I expect I will feel the good effect of these in the coming days. I also like that there's a bit of d-mannose in these capsules. I was already incorporating d-mannose into my health rituals to combat recurring UTI's.

I don't think the best of my diet so it makes me feel better to use products that will help me feel better. I use probiotics and I typically switch up the brand so my body doesn't get used to the same ingredients. So far, this product performs as a probiotic should. The fact that it is specifically for women is a big plus! I would recommend this product but the price is quite high. I would like to see the manufacturer decrease the price. Overall, I do recommend this product.

For a 50 billion cfu product, this price is a good deal. Another thing that attracts me is it contains something even stronger than cranberry to prevent UTI, which is quite common among women. After taking a week, I feel quite good, digestion is fine and no diarrhea like before. Would definitely purchase again.

My doctor recommended them after I was having issues with infections on my face. Another brand fixed that and now I'm looking for a different brand to help with IBS-D. I tried Physician's choice Women's Probiotic. These are definitely not the solution for me. They have given me more urgent, frequent diarrhea. They are also remarkably similar to the Member's Mark brand, but they have fewer strains and higher CFU count. My other issue is that this product appears inferior to the regular probiotic priced the same. The regular has a 40% increase in strain diversity and ten billion more CFU. The probiotic blend is nearly identical, minus the small amount of cranberry (cranberry pills have 10 times the amount).
