Hard to chew

These were horrible steaks. So full of gristle you couldn't even chew the meat. Won't buy again.

This is my second purchase of these steaks and they are excellent.

Grass fed and finished ribeye steaks.

It was packaged in water so when it is cooked there was excess water. The taste was okay.

I brought these steaks  home and put them into the freezer. This is the same process I always do with meats from Sam's. When I thawed them to cook a couple of weeks later I noticed an odor. My wife and I shared one of them and our daughter had the other one, which she immediately said it was bad and she couldn't eat it. It had the same smell I had smelt earlier. It was so bad she wouldn't even taste our steaks.

Got a bad one

I did freeze it because of not having it right away. However; I did thaw it a week later & surprisingly,  the quality & taste  were great. I would purchase again.
