Just OK. Tenderness is inconsistent. I've bought the ribeye and the strip steaks and found they could be tender but often are on the tougher side. Probably won't buy them again.

Purchased a couple times, there has always been lots of cartilage and silver skin making it tough. If you are going to spend this much just buy Prime Beef instead.

We were hopeful these steaks would be a great find, because of the low price for grass fed beef, but unfortunately, they were incredibly tough and not at the same level that we usually get. We won't be buying again.

I bought three packs of the 100% grass fed %26 grass finished rib eyes. We grilled two of the steaks and they were so tough and so full of gristle they were almost inedible. I will never buy this meat again. I just finished cutting one of the other steaks into strips so we can at least make a steak sandwich out of it. Big waste of money and not what I am used to when buying Sam's meat.

First time trying these Australian grass fed grass finished steaks and i really enjoyed them. Seasoned, rest for 45 minutes or longer at room temperature and direct 500 degree charcoal grill for 4 ish minutes each side. 😋 I’ll definitely be buying more!
