Very tasty!

This beef had a strange taste. It did not taste like other beef I've had, almost sour. I thought it should have been better. I ate it anyway. I did not get sick or anything like that.

We purchase these about a month ago and froze them immediately. We took one out last week, it was tough and full of grizzle, plus not very tasty. We took one out last night, and it was putrid. I'm throwing out 3 steaks, what a waste. Never again.

I thought this product was to be a nice source of beef as it was priced accordingly. Both steaks had a massive amount of Grizzle both well hidden underneath! I cut both out before cooking and these steaks still had very cheery meat! Not what I suspected. Will not be buying meat from Sam’s anymore?

Grass FINISHED beef is better for all of us to eat. MUCH healthier. These ribeyes are priced very well for a healthier product. If Sam's continues to sell grass finished steak like this, for a decent price I'll keep buying it. Grass finished cows are healthier than grain fed and have better nutrient profiles.

Priced to sell, but quality is lacking…
