I tried this on a whim because the store was out of my usual brand (which is actually not an Always product-sorry!) I could not have been more pleased with this purchase!!! This pad has the best absobancy of any I have ever used and I love the tapering and the little bands to help stop leakage at night. (I got the overnights). I will only purchase this pad in the future- it exceeded all my expectations!

I will say, I have never tried one of their overnight pads before or one of their pads with wings. It will be interesting to see how well the wing actually works. I'm glad it's unscented, haha. There is a good amount in there, thankfully.

I am someone that has extremely heavy periods which have I have to wear over nights all the time, I have tried many products and companies with not a lot of success with embarrassing accidents from leakage and having to change ever 1-2hours and getting reactions from the products, rashes, etch making my period time even worst other than dealing with heavy bleeding, bulky pads, and uncomfortableness as a whole.I tried this product and I love it! Minus that I believe it should be longer. Other than that thumbs up! Very comfortable too! Almost like I am wearing nothing!

The ergonomic and discreet design allowes to wear the pads comfortably with no worries. A huge plus is that the pads do not cause irritation on my skin. Definitely recommended.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] If you have a heavy flow then these are for you. The wings really give that protection day or night. They are unscented so a little safer for use in my opinion. You will not need to wake up and change in the middle of the night

These pads are great for people with heavy flow issues. It mostly collects waste from flow and helps to keep clothes clean. I use them all day and night, not just over night and this pad has been the best so far. They hold quite a bit of waste before having to change them. I recomend these pads

Hi, I recently had surgery to remove a softball sized fibroid tumor, the surgery was very successful and I am recovering quickly. Prior to surgery I was having smaller cysts dissolve as well as extreme bleeding for months at a time. I had to continue working while trying to go to numerous doctor's appointments as well as deal with everyday family life. Thanks to your Infinity products I was able to continue on with a normal life and never once did I have an accident through my entire ordeal. Thank you, thank you, thank you! I can't say enough good things about this product. (I've been handing them out to my friends!) I would highly recommend this product to anyone who is having severe bleeding it truly can stand up to anything.

I went back to the Always Ultra Thin Overnights after trying this. These leaked big time on me. The first time I thought maybe it was a fluke. I tried it the next month and the same thing happened. They were expensive. I didn't save my receipt or I would have taken Always up on the money back offer. I'm not sure how these were tested, but they were a bad idea. I'm sticking with the Ultra Thin. They provide great leakproof protection.

These are fantastic! Especially if you deal with heavy bleeding during your menstruation like I do. They are phenomenal at controlling leaks and they feel like your not wearing anything which is nice,compared to bulky overnight/heavy flow pads. They are definitely worth the money. These are now the only pads I purchase for myself & my daughter.
