[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like to wear pads overnight for extra protection, especially when my flow is heavy. These pads fit comfortably and did the job! They're thin but still felt absorbent. I appreciate the flexibility of the wings. Some pads feel like you're wearing a diaper, but I hardly noticed these.

This product has got to be the worst one I have ever tried. Not only does it not absorb, it leaks, folds and generally gives you a self conscious feeling. I don't like to wake up to a mess in the morning, and the three days I used this product, I might as well have been wearing a fig leaf. I unfortunately did not get a free sample of it, I bought a whole box to try them out. If I were a panty liner wearer, they would be great.

Always Infinity Flexi Foam pads are the best pads available! It actually feels like you are not even wearing a pad! They are super absorbent too, so no need to worry, even on your heaviest day! They stay in place really well, even on a restless night. I will never go back to "regular" pads again!

Absolutely awesome!!! I love how the foam traps the fluid so it doesn't stay resting against your skin, so much better than traditional pads. These have become my go to during that time of the month. My daughter just started her monthly and these are the only ones I buy.

A few years ago I was diagnosed with Fibroids. As the fibroids grew my period got heavier and heavier. Sadly Always overnight (my trusted option) did not hold up to the flow. Thankfully always infinity was launched! On my really heavy days I'd use 9-10 Always overnight, with infinity that was reduced to half! Yes, I've had leaks but those were the extremely heavy days when I should have perhaps stayed home as my flow was extremely heavy. Outside of those occasions I trust Always infinity to keep me safe and secured. I agree the front of the pad could be a bit wider and the odor when mixed with menstral blood is just awful. However I am yet to find a product on the market that makes me feel as secure and confident that I can feel my best on a period day. Thank you Always Infinity!

I have had heavy flows for as long as I can remember and have always had to wear pads that just never worked, they either absorbed poorly, felt extremely uncomfortable, and never breathed. These are the best things they have ever come out with, I don't feel as gross in the mornings and I feel completely comfortable and leak free throughout the night! They're amazing! These pads are everything a woman needs them to be! I have PCOS, so I have an extremely heavy flow. I have been searching for 30 years for pads that meet the specific needs of comfort, dryness, and maximum absorbency. They are thin, so thin in fact, I was really worried about their ability to provide the absorbency that I need. I was very pleasantly surprised though, because they absorb immediately, and leave no feeling of dampness. They are soft and very comfortable....no plastic feel. I will be a customer for life!

This pad lasts long and is not messy at all to change. Easy to take on the go, with cool fashionable packaging. This product has a great adhesive bottom that keep it in place and does so very well.

Chronic condition that causes insane menstural cramps and bleeding; at first this was great for me on my first few years of periods, but eventually got very tired of leaking on the sides and back of the pad since its kind of small. It's okay, I guess. Just that there's better products out there.
