I honestly appreciate how big and wide they are as it ensures there won’t be clothing destroyed from natural occurrences. The value is on point and I’ve trusted Always since I first started menstruating. If you get crazy heavier days, I recommend these for bedtime as it provides peace of mind and protection the whole time.

I like always brand and the pads but this size not work very well on me , I like the biggers sizes. But still a good brand , they come with wings and is unscented.

The design is very unconfortable to wear, the "wings" that are suppossed to attach doesn't work, once you pull thepanties up the pad twists and turns since it doesn't stick to the panty, and when you try to fix it is just a waiste of time, making the costumer wish to have another kind of pads.

I have always struggled with tampons and just cannot wear them. Traditional pads were always really uncomfortable for me. These pads are a complete game changer. They never leak, and they are so absorbent I forget I’m wearing them. I’ll never buy any others.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These pads worked great as I could barely feel them on! They held up overnight and the wings made it so they didn’t twist and turn when I did! I like the fact that they’re unscented as well but still felt sanitary.

Every month I bleed so badly it is a heavy flow that I need to use my big protected pads but I found out that you can use overnight ones with very helpful and I use those during the day and they help and I will continue purchasing because they are just so good and unscented and leakproof

I am very happy with this product. Actually I am very happy with all the Always products. I am a heavy bleeder and I have to use two pads at a time on some occasions. Yes that is a lot, but before I started using always I was flowing through everything. Thank you very much for your products.
