[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The mattresses come in a box now which is far from the days when you order from a store and have it arrive in a huge truck. I was impressed how it was package. Took 2 people to get the 100lb box in the house. I removed the old blue matress and replaced with this one. The new one was literally twice the size of the old one. The old bed had a thick matress pad because of how old and uncomfortable it was. I laid down and immediately knew it didn't need a matress pad. It was amazing. It hugs you with comfort. An even distribution of comfort and support from side to side, front to back. The old matress looked so droopy and flat compared to this bright new matress with twice the thickness . After sleeping on it I couldn't even begin to describe how much i regret not getting our matress replaced sooner. Highly recommend!

This is the best mattress I have bought, and at a great price. The instant savings was a bonus. It was very easy to unpack and set up. The best nights sleep I've had in years. No more waking up with any back or hip pain, instantly you can feel how this mattress relieves all your pressure point. I really recomend this product.

I was having trouble sleeping on my old mattress and it would cause my back and hips to hurt. I don't have that problem anymore after I started sleeping on the Serta Hybrid mattress. The mattress is nice and firm, comfortable, and supports my body. I sleep like a baby now on this mattress. This is my new favorite mattress. I have already recommended this mattress to family and friends. I am so glad I got the opportunity to try this mattress.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This SleepTrue Hybrid Serta Mattress is super comfy and the perfectness of being a Medium feel. I love that it is 13 inches thick but make sure you find some extra deep pocket sheets because this mattress requires it. This Medium feel provides enough support without being to fluffy or to hard. This comes in a box but don't let that hold you back because it is worth it. We had a high end completely memory foam for about 10 years before getting this and didn't know if we would like it meaning it wasn't completely memory foam. We are loving it and have used it over about a month now. I completely recommend this if you need a new mattress.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had a memory foam mattress. It was ok, but not great. I suffer from chronic back pain and was consistently up throughout the night. With this amazing new mattress I have been sleeping through the night, and wake up feeling refreshed. It has springs, and the support is astonishing. I was a little surprised it had springs because it comes vacuum sealed like the regular memory foam does except this one expanded the minute it was opened. I like my bed higher so have always used risers, but this mattress is 13 in thick so the risers are gone. If you suffer with back pain I highly recommend this mattress it provides maximum support so you're not waking up in pain.

One of the things I love about this mattress is how well it conforms to my body. Whether I'm sleeping on my back or my side, the mattress provides the right amount of support to keep my spine aligned and prevent any discomfort. I also appreciate how it has just the right amount of softness to provide a cozy sleeping surface without feeling too plush.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] If you love a firm mattress then this is perfect for you! This mattress is very firm but it's still comfortable to sleep on and it has almost no bounce to it. It doesn't feel plushy at all in my opinion, we've only been using it for a week

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The bed arrived faster than I expected. The box didn't weigh so much that I couldn't move it myself, but it was pretty heavy. The mattress was really easy to set up. I put the box on my frame and dumped the mattress out. It was completely covered and vacuum sealed into plastic. Just a small hole in the plastic allowed the bed to start forming into shape. I removed the plastic and the bed appeared fully formed within 5 minutes. I LOVE this mattress. When I first sat down on it, I was afraid that it was going to be too firm. It was perfect though. The bed does sit a lot higher on my platform than my other mattress, but it is a much better mattress. The bed has a little bit of a soft layer on the top to keep you comfortable, but keeps my body straighter so I don't sink too far into the mattress. It doesn't move a lot when my spouse gets up either. I can occasionally feel him moving around, but it doesn't wake me up when he gets out of bed. I sleep great every night and my back doesn't hurt when I get up in the morning.
