The bed does not offer much back support for me. I wake up with a back ache everyday.

I did not like this mattress and I am in the process of trying to return it.

This is the second one I have purchased. That in itself should let you know hiw happy we are with these mattresses

Comfortable, soft and I've been getting some good rest! I highly recommend the Coral Bay Medium if you're a side sleeper.

The firmness to the mattress feels as if I finally have the back support I needed. With the top being super soft.

Mattress has lost its form. 9 months in and it has begun to sunk in. My back is killing me now. Not impressed.

Received it several days early- heaved it upstairs and unboxed it. Dragged the old mattress down and worked to lay this one on the bed and cut the many layers of plastic wrap off and then the heavy plastic wrapper. BAM! The bed was up and great immediately after. Can't sit on the edge as many have mentioned- it's a very soft edge- but sleeping in a cloud with a firm foundation way underneath is bliss! My hip replacements are happy and so is my back! I've always loved firm mattresses but couldn't handle them after my surgeries - tried this out as a twin at a friends house guest room and Magic happened! Let's hope I get great years of wear out of this as I love it so far!

It is not to soft and not to firm..it is just right! I love the height that it adds to our bed. With this being new..it was a little to stiff to actually get the comfort I wanted. But I'm getting use to it. So far I have slept well....it's actually kept me cooler than my old mattress...which is perfect for me. And... it's holding up well and haven't noticed any sagging or anything. As of now... it's been a pretty good mattress and desperately needed!

I was having trouble sleeping on my old mattress and it would cause my back and hips to hurt. I don't have that problem anymore after I started sleeping on the Serta Hybrid mattress. The mattress is nice and firm, comfortable, and supports my body. I sleep like a baby now on this mattress. This is my new favorite mattress. I have already recommended this mattress to family and friends. I am so glad I got the opportunity to try this mattress.
