I wash them, cut in half & toss with olive oil, honey, maple syrup, garlic powder, kosher salt & freshly ground pepper. Roast in the oven on a lined cookie sheet until tender. My family loves them!

After buying this product multiple times, my last two purchases were disappointing. Even though the "best by" date was still a ways off the first bag was maybe 50% usable. Sam's Club issued me a refund, no problem. The replacement bag was, unfortunately, not much better. So i got my money's worth. Just took two bags and a lot of extra work. Won't be making the same mistake a third time.

If you like brussel sprouts, then the taste of these are typically very good. However, it seems that many times the freshness of the vegetable is hit and miss. Many aged-looking pieces throughout the bag. So much of the sprout has to be trimmed that I bet 4 ounces of once usable leaves (if the product had been shipped/stored better) are lost. Fortunately, the price isn't outrageous. Just the loss is most often too much.

My family is obsessed with Brussels sprouts. But lately, I can't seem to buy them without worms. However, this bag was the worst of all. I spent so much time cutting and working through all of these. The entire bag was awful! Every single Brussels sprouts had a worm in it and had a rotten section down to the core. After going through the whole bag, I only had about a cup of edible Brussels sprouts. What a waste of my time! See the pictures if you don't believe me. It seems like Taylor Farms isn't doing quality control.
