I'm not sure why but the last two times I've bought Brussels sprouts from Sam's they have been rotten. Almost the entire bag has brown rotten leaves on inside of sprout. Since it's rotten on inside when inspecting your bag at store you are unable to tell it's a bad bag. Very disappointed!

remove the older leaves, trim the stalk. Cut them in half and coat with olive oil. put them cut side down on a coil covered sheet pan, and sprinkle your desired seasonings on them. Cook at 375° for 25 minutes, (check the doneness, size size matter on these little things!) I sprinkled them with the Kinders seasoning with Salt, Pepper and Garlic. I made enough that i planned to reheat the left overs the next night, but my 84yr old mother ate as much as i did, there were NO leftovers! Lol! simple to cook, they have nutty flavor after baking. i highly recommend these!

These did not appear washed or clean in any way. They had an expiration date (May 6-Today is April 23) well over a week away but were old and nasty. I won't purchase these again at Sam's. Wow, I was totally surprised by the poor quality. You can see how nasty they look even from the outside of the bag. I thought they looked good when I purchased them. My fault. Wasted my money.

I've been buying these all spring because they are perfectly fresh and very reasonably priced

Always fresh, good sized & great value

Usually fresh but have found a few bad ones but they are good size and flavor especially roasted

Brussels sprouts are very good tasting. Home grown.

Had to throw a third away because of mildew.
