Easy and healthy, but I can't stand onions and it has a strong onion flavor. I think it wouldn't be so strong as to bother most people who like this Tex mex type of food.

Good, very spicy, handy for mornings when you do not have time to cook breakfast. Hope my local Sam's Club restocks, went back to buy more and no longer have. Check online not other stores carry this product.

Love these for a quick morning breakfast or lunch. Taste is on point but a little light on the egg. For lunch I put them in a Tortilla and add more eggs. Great gluten-free product.

My wife likes these bowls. Flavor is good and they have a nice mix, but they are too small and she always has to add something to them to make them be more sufficient, like 1/2 and avocado.

Too spicy and chicken sausage or cilantro flavor is too strong and overpowering. I removed all the big chunks of sausage, added shredded cheese and salsa and could tolerate eating it.

Taste is good. A tiny bit spicy for my taste. Packaging is not good. The clear wrap does not always seal to the bowl. That is a repeated issue with each box I have bought.

I didnt know how much I would like this but it turns out i really do. This has so much flavor and its very filling. I ended up getting another box the following trip to Sams.
